Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Detroit and MBA in Finance from Michigan State University.

Thomas E. Cassidy, President (Founding Partner)

Over 36 years experience in Commercial Property Contents Industry, in a variety of field and management positions. Extensive experience in handling multi-million dollar distressed stocks, both domestically and internationally with many individual sales over $1,000,000 as well as handling diverse and complicated loss of damage assignments. Catastrophe Manager on major events throughout the USA and on International losses including September 11th Attacks, Hurricane Andrew, and Hurricane Katrina. Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Eureka College.

Mark M. Ruddy, Managing Director (Founding Partner)

Over 46 years of Commercial Property Contents Experience. Experience in the New York and Chicago markets, as well as other states and foreign countries. Married with two grown children. Graduate of Bowling Green University with degrees in Management and Marketing. Multiple workshop instructor for the Property Loss Research Bureau, and a Member of Loss Executive Association.

Over 37 years in the Commercial Property Contents Industry, mostly in the New York, New Jersey Metro area. Has handled a stock loss claimed over 100 million dollars, as well as several salvage sales exceeding a million dollars. Extensive experience in the ever challenging New York commercial markets, including September 11th attacks, as well as Hurricanes over the last quarter century. Married with four children. 38 years of experience in the Commercial Property Contents Industry. 28 years in the West and Northwest markets managing and working property losses of all sizes. Extensive experience at working catastrophes throughout the nation as well as being involved with several international catastrophes. Married with 3 children. Residence in the San Francisco Bay Area for 25 years. Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice from Southern Illinois University.

Jeff Cassidy, Vice-President Business Development
